Scava

Terms of Service

Version of 5 November 2026

1. Who we are

Scava, Vienna, Austria ("Scava", "we"). Email: info@scava.ai.

2. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to everyone with a Scava account: people who build and publish apps ("builders") and people who sign in to open apps that were shared with them. Scava is a service for businesses. Builders use it for their trade, business or profession, not as consumers.

3. What Scava does

Scava hosts small web apps that builders publish, often with an AI agent. It lets people sign in, shares apps with the people a builder chooses, stores the data and files of apps, runs server code of apps, and passes change requests from people who use an app to its builder. Scava does not check what apps do or contain. We keep Scava running with care, but we do not promise that it is available at every moment, and we may change or end features. We tell builders in good time when a change takes something away they use.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address. Keep your mailbox safe: whoever has it can sign in. An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the agents and computers you connect to it.

5. Plans and payment

6. Limits

Each plan has limits for storage, apps, people per app and server code. Scava also has limits against misuse. We may hold back or block what goes beyond them, and tell you.

7. Your apps and your data

Your apps and everything stored in them stay yours. You allow us to store, run, copy and show them as far as needed to provide Scava. You decide who can open an app and who can read and change what. For personal data in your apps you are the controller, and we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms. You can download everything an app holds and delete apps and your account at any time.

8. What is not allowed

Anyone can report an app. When we learn of content or conduct that breaks the law or these terms, we may block the app or the account and tell the builder, unless the law forbids it.

9. Agents and change requests

Change requests are only built when a builder accepts them; the builder's own agent picks them up. You are responsible for what your agent publishes on your behalf. Scava never starts an AI on your behalf with your subscription.

10. Other services

Server code of your apps may call other services, for example an AI provider, with keys you store in Scava. Their terms apply between you and them. We keep your keys encrypted and only send them to the service you bound them to.

11. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of obligations that are essential to the contract, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract, and at most to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the damage. We are not liable for lost profits or for data you could have kept with the export. Mandatory law stays unaffected.

12. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in your account; cancel a running plan first. We can end your account with 30 days' notice, and at once for a serious breach of these terms. When an account ends, its apps and data are deleted; download what you want to keep before.

13. Changes to these terms

We tell builders about changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before; otherwise the new terms apply from then.

14. Law and court

Austrian law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules and without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts in Vienna, Austria decide disputes.
